If you encounter an error message stating that “Google Services” or “Google Framework” has stopped working, it may be due to the device’s storage being full, which can cause system apps to crash.
To resolve this, follow the steps based on your current screen.
If the Volume App is open, press the number "0" on your remote control to bring up a popup window, then enter the PIN code "123456". A side panel will appear on the right side of the screen—at the bottom, select the third icon (the power icon). This will take you to the blue menu, also known as the Homepage.
If your device is already on the Homepage, navigate to Settings → Apps → See All Apps → Show System Apps. Scroll down to find the “Download Manager” app, select it, and then clear its data and cache. After completing this step, restart the device to apply the changes.
If the issue continues or you’re facing a different scenario, please contact the service desk by clicking the chat button on this site.
