If your device is stuck on the factory reset screen, you can resolve the issue by using the remote control to select the reset option and confirm the factory reset.
Once confirmed, the device should automatically reconnect to Wi-Fi and begin reinstalling the necessary app from the server. In most cases, this process completes without further action.
